


Dr Helen Keleher
Consultant, Board director, Author and Adjunct professor at Monash University
Dr Helen Keleher is a consultant, board director, author and Adjunct Professor at Monash University. After a first career in nursing, Helen’s work since then has been about increasing health and social equity, particularly for women. Helen is a past-President and Life Member of the Public Health Association of Australia, and was convenor for the 2017 World Congress on Public Health held in Melbourne. She recently joined the Peninsula Home Hospice board and is involved in activism on the Mornington Peninsula for increasing gender equity and the prevention of violence against women.



Natalie Foeng

Natalie Foeng was appointed Managing Director on 1 July 2025.
With a career spanning more than two decades, she brings executive experience in both public and private sectors and has a strong track record of purpose-led leadership across critical infrastructure utility, sustainability, and community impact. Natalie is focused on driving innovation in water management to address the challenges of climate change and population growth, fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration across the organisation and with stakeholders, and promoting transparency and accountability in service delivery. Natalie is deeply committed to delivering essential services that support liveability and wellbeing - now and for future generations.
Natalie also serves as an Independent Member of the Victorian Department of Education’s Audit and Risk Committee and is a Board member of the Institute of Water Administration.



Ashley Belteky

Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic
Non-Executive Director Ashley is a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic. While many might expect her to come from a family engaged in the automotive sector, her introduction to the industry was serendipitous during her high school work experience. This pivotal moment sparked a life-changing career choice and fuelled her passion for trade careers. With extensive experience across construction, mining, transport, and business ownership, Ashley has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by tradespeople, particularly women navigating male-populated industries. Ashley has played a key role in developing apprentice programs and speaking at schools, helping to shape and inspire the next generation of tradespeople. Her leadership efforts have contributed to a more inclusive industry, breaking down barriers for women in trades by challenging the stigma surrounding trade careers, especially concerning gender. Ashley is passionate about empowering individuals and believes that each of us can be an everyday leader who supports and uplifts those around us. She is dedicated to helping women succeed in the trades, encouraging male allies, and advocating for trades as a rewarding and inclusive career path for all.
